Absolutely delicious. I used a Cajun sausage and added some red pepper flakes because we like everything spicy! It was easy and quick to make.

I’m not sure whether I’d make this again. It’s simple to make and my husband thought it was great. The fried sausage in it was my favorite and that is unusual for me as I love vegetables.
I found it to be rather bland.

I just made this dish and it’s very good. A nice dinner of something different and easy to make. I didn’t have frozen peas on hand which would have been so good so I substituted corn which did work. Your recipes are so good and I’ve learned a lot trying dishes I’ve never made before. If they freeze well that’s another plus when I’m cooking for one or having something on hand in the freezer to share when my family comes to visit or send some up to my other family that lives here.
